En el departamento de Dirección de Proyectos de Capital Energy, estamos buscando incorporar un/a Project Manager para que lleve a cabo la gestión, coordinación y planificación de proyectos de energías renovables.


Funciones:

  • Llevar a cierre financiero y operación comercial los proyectos desde los últimos estadios de promoción.
  • Planificación, control de costes y cash flow.
  • Coordinar todas las actividades internas de proyecto incluyendo: últimos pasos de la promoción, ingeniería, compras, subcontrataciones, asistencia a finanzas, gestión y organización de Due Diligences (Legal, Técnica y Seguros).
  • Comunicación y coordinación con todos los departamentos de la empresa como responsable de proyectos asignado.
  • Realizar seguimiento continuo de la situación de proyecto y perseguir el cumplimiento de las acciones críticas.
  • Reportar al responsable de gestión de proyectos el grado de avance y los principales aspectos del proyecto.
  • Preparaciones de plan de contingencias cuando se produzcan incidencias que así lo requieran.
  • Gestionar las relaciones técnicas con las entidades financieras/inversores y con los asesores técnicos de las mismas.
  • Apoyo para análisis y elaboración de los modelos financieros (inputs, etc.).

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero/a Técnico o Superior, o formación superior en energías renovables. 5 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos de energía eólica o PV, de los cuales al menos 2 en funciones similares.
  • Deseable MBA o formación postgrado en financiación.
  • Experiência en promoción, construcción y financiación de proyectos de energía renovable.
  • Inglés fluido.

  • Experiência deseable en promoción, construcción y financiación de proyectos de energía renovable (especialmente eólica y fotovoltaica).
  • Organización.
