About our project
Innovamat is a VC-backed K-8 curriculum provider that democratises the learning of mathematics. We are a network of more than 300 people who are passionate about teaching, Mathematics and technology. We provide our students with the skills needed in the 21st century by promoting meaningful learning and critical thinking. Our goal is to make math accessible in Western countries and beyond.

Your mission at Innovamat

  • Lead the product development process for our Teacher platform
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new features that meet the needs of our customers
  • Provide teachers with the best tools to power up class preparation and lecturing
  • Assure that teachers get the most out of our product and have a holistic view of impact results
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and manage product roadmap and backlog
  • Write product specifications and user stories to guide development efforts
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of highquality products
  • Prototype solutions to showcase and validate our hypothesis
  • Use data and analytics to measure product performance and make datadriven decisions
  • Work with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and positioning for products and features
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborate with the entire Product team to develop a longterm product vision and roadmap.

What do we look for in you?

  • 13 years of experience in product management or related field
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Willingness and interest in a usercentred approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience working in a B2B software or EdTech company preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently

The Selection Process

Meet our People's Team. Our 30-45 minute conversation will give you more background on Innovamat, the role, and what you can expect from your experience at Innovamat.
Moreover, we will focus on knowing about your experience and understanding the fit to our values.

The product folks - conducted by the Lead Product Manager you'll have an interview talking about product, product and product. This step will focus on the hard skills and domain knowledge required for the role. This usually takes 60 minutes.

Hands-on - we'll present you with a product case to gain a better understanding of your approach to product initiatives and challenges. Be prepared to squeeze your mind This interview will last between 45-60 minutes.

Final interview - if you arrive here, that means you are probably our finalist. During this meeting, you will meet the last person responsible for the area for a final check and to negotiate conditions.
