Senior Product Manager, Search Relevance, Amazon Fashion EUAre you obsessed with building world class shopping experiences that delight customers? Do you love fashion? If so, come join us as a Senior Product Manager Tech working on the Fashion Shopping Experience for Amazon Retail EU.
In this role you own the broader theme of search results quality of our onsite shopping experience.You will be part of a team of highly skilled Product Managers and work with multiple technical teams based across the world.
We are looking for someone with deep customer focus, as well as passion for and an established track record in delivery results in a tech enabled business.
Successful candidates will be equally comfortable helping define business cases and presenting P&Ls as they will be working with ML engineers, SDEs and applied scientists to make shopping easy and enable customers to shop with confidence.
This job will challenge you on various fronts - you will have to work across various product, tech and business teams to understand the needs of both external Customers as well as internal stakeholders and then define a vision that delivers a delightful Customer experience.
You'll frequently engage business, product, and technology leaders, and be a strong advocate for our customers and for the capabilities we are building.
This role can be done from London, Munich, Madrid, Paris, Milan or Luxembourg
Key job responsibilities
- Help define a vision for for your product features for Amazon EU Retail Fashion Customers
- Create and execute the vision and strategy for the Search Relevance for Amazon EU
- Partner with Search Ranking and Relevance organisation on joint roadmap
- Inspire customers and industry stakeholders by consistently raising the bar on what it means to deliver an engaging, inspirationbased shopping experience for fashion.
- Drive execution, staying ahead of dependencies, making smart tradeoffs, coordinating technology evelopment, and maintaining communication throughout the organization to forcemultiply and guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery
- Create buyin for your vision, both internally and with key external partners; set mutual goals with clear roles and responsibilities to deliver via influence
- Help define and own both business and behaviour metrics to track the effectiveness of the price discount experience
- Learn from customer feedback, brand feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technical product space.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- Expertise in search engines, recommender systems, Machine Learning, Economics, Statistical modeling, and/or Causal Inference.
