Te convertirás en miembro de un equipo de profesionales trabajando en el desarrollo de proyectos reales y con objetivos concretos, en colaboración con el HRBP en la ejecución de la estrategia de personal.


El día a día

Las principales funciones del puesto de trabajo son:

  • Relaciones sindicales, sociales y aplicación de Políticas Corporativas. Participación en negociación colectiva (convenio propio de empresa y acuerdos).
  • Gestión de procesos en materia laboral
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de la normativa Compliance del Grupo.
  • Apoyo generalista al Departamento en temas relacionados con formación, selección y desarrollo, así como Administración RRHH, nómina, comunicación interna y Seguridad y Salud como asesor 360o
  • Mantener relaciones de trabajo con los Managers, empleados y representante a través de un entorno que fomente la comunicación y la cooperación siendo responsable en el cumplimiento de las políticas de RRHH

Requerimos:

Grado en Derecho y/o Relaciones Laborales.
