Captoras Estate Agency requirements:

  • Motivational and hard working person with languages (English, German or Spanish)
  • Ambitious, selfmotivated, and customerfocused individual and you are currently living in Lanzarote and able to commit to parttime hours.
  • Someone who dreams big, really care about people, and want to build a business for themselves.
  • Vehicle and Licence NECESSARY
We provide;

  • We provide our agents with all the training and tools they require to be the best estate agent in their area.
  • We insist on all our agents having a healthy work life balance.
  • Training is ongoing and is a mix of classroom, remote, and in the field with agents with over 15 years of experience. We continually work with our agents to ensure success.
  • We have office spaces available so that you can meet clients in a professional environment.
  • We offer a telephone messaging service and access to a shared database of buyers, qualified paid leads, a suite of marketing materials and a network of shared properties for sale.
