Misión del puesto:
El _Guest Experience Coordinator_ cumple con la operativa diaria del departamento, comprometiéndose a lograr la excelencia en la satisfacción del cliente.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
- Cumplir con los atributos, estándares y manuales que aplican en su departamento, así como velar por su cumplimiento en el resto de áreas.
- Velar por la experiência del cliente, personalizando su estancia, anticipándose a sus necesidades y superando sus expectativas.
- Usar de manera eficiente las diferentes herramientas de gestión de la experiência del cliente, así como conocer los resultados de la Voz del Cliente, cumpliendo con los de planes de mejora establecidos.
- Gestionar la experiência digital de los clientes durante su estancia, según la estrategia global.
- Gestionar las incidencias de clientes, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos.
- Cumplir con la Arquitectura Sensorial en las distintas áreas del hotel, en cuanto a iluminación, decoración, aroma e hilo musical.
- Realizar los pedidos de material, siguiendo las pautas de producto marcadas, para la mejor optimización de los recursos económicos.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación en Turismo o similar.
- Experiência mínima: 1 año en puesto similar, en el sector hotelero;
- Idiomas: Español e inglés (nível alto, imprescindible); se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
- Competencias: excelentes habilidades comunicativas, alta vocación de servicio, capacidad de resolución, proactividad y atención a los detalles, conocimientos de estrategias de marcas y capacidad analítica.
- Informática: manejo avanzado del Paquete Office 365.
