Group Product & Purchasing are on a significant and exciting transformational journey, simplifying and enhancing how Hotel Partners collaborate; evolving technology solutions, and creating efficient shared work approaches. As the Implementation Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of strategic and technological changes, managing dependencies, and guiding stakeholders through transitions to achieve business goals. Strong stakeholder engagement is vital for effective change adoption.
The role is available in Spain, UK, Portugal, Greece, and Germany.
What You will be doing:
- Accountable for detailed implementation plans for user and impacted teams, ensuring milestones are clear and deadlines are met.
- Coordinating resources for implementation support.
- Maintaining risk and issue logs, escalating when necessary.
- Leading implementation training, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Facilitating change management and providing continuous feedback.
- Coordinating post go-live support and performance reviews.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in leading international organizational change programs.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive business improvements.
- Pragmatic, organized, and adaptable to manage complexity.
- Proficiency in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
