growth marketing y comunicación.


Alguien que debe trabajar con nuestro equipo de marketing y comunicación para hacer de Flat 101 la empresa más atractiva posible y más visible posible en cada una de las disciplinas que trabajamos, tanto ideando acciones que nos den visibilidad como trabajando relaciones con partners, gestionando la comunicación externa e interna, escribiendo y cocinando textos que transmitan lo que somos, preparando estudios y papersUna persona resolutiva, con visión estratégica, creativa y con capacidades de comunicación.


En tu día a día, serás la persona responsable de definir, con el equipo, que vamos a comunicar, cómo, a quién y qué acciones debemos poner en marcha, con qué estilo y tono, e idearás las estrategia y tácticas para atraer clientes y personas interesadas en nuestro trabajo a Flat 101.

Trabajarás con perfiles especializados en analítica digital, experiência de usuario y tecnología.

Requisitos:

El perfil que estamos buscando tendrá que llevar a cabo las siguientes tareas:

  • Definir el tono de comunicación de la marca y garantizar su homogeneidad en los diferentes canales que empleamos.
  • Idear acciones para dar visibilidad a las áreas que componen la compañía, tanto publicitarias como orgánicas.
Trabajar esas ideas con el equipo para darles forma:
desde crear nuevos activos a explotar los ya existentes, crear y definir campañas, etc.

  • Organizar, definir, ejecutar y medir iniciativas internas y externas: workshops, webinars, eventos, etc.
  • Fomentar relaciones con partners y compañías que supongan beneficio mutuo y mayor visibilidad para la marca.
  • Conocer al equipo humano de Flat 101, charlar con las personas, conocerlas, para detectar intereses y posibilidades de comunicación interna y externa.
  • Redacción creativa e informativa para la comunicación interna y externa de la marca.
  • Actualizar contenidos en todos nuestros canales de manera periódica, y junto con el equipo, ideas y trabajar formatos visuales atractivos para una comunicación eficaz.
  • Definir un calendario anual de acciones, métricas de control del éxito de las mismas, velar por la ejecución de cada acción y valorar su impacto.
  • Tomar decisiones a partir de los resultados obtenidos y proponer nuevas acciones de mejora, tanto tácticas como estratégicas.

  • Capacidades creativas en escritura e ideación de acciones de marketing.
  • Iniciativa para proponer acciones y líneas de trabajo en comunicación que den visibilidad a la marca, pero siempre alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.
  • Trabajo en equipo. Formarás parte de un equipo compuesto por diseñadores visuales, gestores, creativos y redactores de contenido.
  • Capacidad de concretar ideas en acciones tangibles.
Se trata de idear acciones pero también de tener capacidad de concretarlas para valorar su idoneidad:
qué se va a hacer, para qué, quién lo hace, cómo y con qué objetivo.

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, para liderar e intervenir en reuniones, tanto externas como internas.
  • Capacidad de negociación, dado que es probable que para ejecutar acciones debas negociar con proveedores.
  • Creer (de verdad) en los valores que forman parte de nuestra marca: respeto, foco en calidad, responsabilidad con nuestro trabajo, enfoque didáctico, inclusión, diversidad, el equipo como núcleo del trabajo
  • Experiência demostrable en un puesto similar, donde la innovación, la creatividad, el trabajo en equipo y la curiosidad son claves.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. No hablamos de mandar, hablamos de trabajar con el equipo para que el resultado final sea el mejor posible.
