Responsabilidades:
Reportando a la dirección de la marca, se requerirá participar en la creación de la web / e-commerce desde cero y posterior actualización, seguimiento y plan de crecimiento de la misma.

• Creación, junto con agencia externa, de la web desde cero con Shopify.

• Responsabilizarse de la planificación y activación comercial del e-commerce.

• Implementar, mejorar y optimizar continuamente la web de la compañía para garantizar una experiencia de usuario excepcional y aumentar la conversión.

• Responsabilizarse de la creación y adaptaciones de las Páginas de producto, Banners y Códigos.

• Mensualización de los targets y del Sell-Out, y seguimiento de los KPIS

• Creación y activación de los planes de marketing según el calendario de lanzamientos y periodos comerciales de la marca.

• Activación de las diferentes palancas de performance para generar tráfico a la web: Paid Media, SEO, SEM y el CRM.

• Planificación del calendario de CRM: Comunicaciones y segmentaciones.

• Acciones de reclutamiento y seguimiento de los KPIS: reachable, opt-in, actives.

• Ejecución de Guidelines y apoyo en la P&L del ECOM & CRM

• Trabajo continuo con los equipos de marketing, producto e imagen.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de e-comm Management, preferiblemente en sectores de moda, Retail o gran consumo.

• Un fuerte interés en moda, siendo una persona con continua actualización en las últimas tendencias de todo lo que rodea el sector y benchmark de la competencia.

• Especialización en áreas específicas como diseño web, e-mail marketing y ventas online.

• Proactividad y capacidad resolutiva para abordar desafíos y encontrar soluciones efectivas.

• Nivel de inglés muy alto.

• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico y exigente.

• Titulación universitaria en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o campos relacionados (deseable).
