ING is seeking a Public Entities Expert

About the job:

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Public Entities Operations Professional to join our team dedicated to Public Entities within the Products & Public Entities Tribe (COO Domain). The main focus of this team is to ensure a secure, efficient, and high-quality service by establishing innovative processes at ING to streamline the bank's regulatory compliance and enhance the customer experience with public entities. This expert team oversees the processes related to collaboration agreements with public entities (such as TGSS payments, Customer Taxes, legal requirements, seizures, etc.) and regulatory reporting to AEAT. They handle day-to-day operations, monitor process quality, and strive to deliver the best service to customers in a straightforward and effective manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage legal notices/requirements from public entities (courts/police) requesting specific information about customer activity.
  • Maintain process documentation and area procedures.
  • Control processes associated with public administration collaboration agreements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders (internal & external), and investigate incidents using regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Monitor service quality with suppliers, manage customer incidents from various channels, and propose operational process improvements.
  • Review and ensure compliance with regulations, participate in change implementation processes to meet new requirements.
