Whether it's driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic's production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences.


What You'll Do:

To operate and optimise key services, processes, and information flows to meet the needs of our studio and teams.

In this role, you will:

- be responsible for surfacing and communicating data that enables informed leadership decision-making at all levels of the organization
- be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of studio operations
- develop and maintain the resource plan that supports our strategic plan and balances the needs of the business, teams, and individuals

  • Establish a robust process for ensuring that staff moves are planned and happen as planned with full involvement of individuals and stakeholders and that we can track actual movements against the plan
- be responsible for ensuring that Mediatonic receives the services and support needed from Epic central teams

What we're looking for
- experience maintaining and improving dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data
- experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining processes and systems for studio operations and supporting functions
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- proven record of staffing plan and forecasts, accompanying analysis and reporting
- experience in setting up clear company goals and measures for central/support teams
- familiarity with 'EOS' framework would be an advantage
