Purpose of the Role

The Southern Europe Digital Perfect Store Manager is responsible for in store excellence on the retail digital shelf across all Channels, Customers and Markets in our cluster.


You will be a core member in the Southern Europe eCommerce Team and an expert in E-Commerce Digital Shelf with a clear focus on Content, Ratings&Reviews, and Placement.

You will lead the ongoing activation of best-in-class content management including content creation, ways of working and processes, and overall digital shelf performance & measurement.


Your main objective will be to ensure all Kenvue products (Skin Care, Personal Care and Self-Care) are optimised, with best-in-class digital shelf to drive product visibility on retailer websites, and increased shopper conversion.

To do this, you will be confident in collaborating closely with multiple groups and teams:
Brand Squads, Cluster E-Commerce, Key Account Managers, Regional Teams and Partner Agencies or Tools.


Your role will cover Digital Perfect Store Management for the total South of Europe Cluster, primarily focusing on France, Spain and Italy.

You will consider the importance and execution of content across all channels; Pureplayers, E-Pharmacies, Brick & Clicks and New Businesses, and the relevance of an omnichannel approach for a seamless shopper journey.


Key Accountabilities

  • Together with the broader eCommerce Capabilities team, you will be responsible for defining the Digital Perfect Store strategy and priority pillars (by year/quarter) along with the 35 year vision and ambition to drive conversion and growth in market share, with both internal and external focus and a forwardthinking mentality.
  • Being responsible for the digital perfect store Southern Europe and France budget and ensuring the right allocation in line with strategic priorities and best return on investment.
  • Implementing bestinclass digital shelf by optimizing processes, influencing brand teams and finding the right agency partners and tools.

Building end-to-end content strategy and optimize content processes with clear outputs and standards for a unified shopper experience, using tools like Salsify.


  • Be the ecommerce content expert for the Cluster and lead content optimisation and asset creation in partnership with Brand Teams, Local Key Account Managers, Cluster Teams, Regional Teams and Agencies
  • Driving digital perfect store execution by designing and completing an eMerchandising process involving an internal and external crossfunctional team.
  • Aligning and influencing the definition of clear targets to measure Digital Shelf execution success, and measure and report digital shelf performance and progress in partnership with external agencies and eCommerce Analyst.
  • Develop capabilities / training plan to engage marketing and sales teams in the importance of ecommerce digital shelf in the shopper journey.
Occasionally attend customer meetings and build case studies on content improvements and success.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 3 years' experience in a perfect store or digital shelf related role.
  • 3 years' Experience on an ecommerce environment/role
  • Demonstrate ability in a content or asset creation either for online or offline execution
  • English speaking to a professional level
  • Additional languages like French, Spanish and Italian are appreciated.
  • Technical / Professional Skills
  • Ability to drive strategy and change, while implementing, analysing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects
  • Ability to navigate well in ambiguity.
  • Proactive and go getter mentality.
