Job description:
The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu's growth by providing support and career development for all our team members in every aspect of their work experience.
The Department is also in charge of international mobility and training, as well as managing payroll and other administrative procedures, and ensuring compliance with local HR regulations.
As an HR Assistant, you will advise and support management on various HR topics such as internal policies and processes, administrative and legal issues, etc.
You'll also join our HR team to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions.
Your responsibilities:
- Help the HR team in its daily missions on your scope
- Support each newcomer throughout the onboarding phase (prepare the arrival, ask for card access to the office, equipment )
- Coordination & logistics of the trainings
- Support the business team in its administrative tasks (administration part, contract signature )
- Support in the documentation of international mobilities.
- Support in following up the entry/exits of foreigners in the country.
- Answer our employees' questions in appropriate time frame.
Your Profile:

Ideally Freshly graduated or looking for an internship
Possibility of formalizing an internship collaboration agreement with the school:
- A team player and trustful person with the ability to form sound relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Keen to work in a challenging environment as part of an international team.
- Curious and dynamic with excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Serviceoriented, independent, and adaptable.
- Digital and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly with Power Point and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
