The Role
You will be ensuring our entire global team is operating efficiently by designing, implementing, operating and continuously improving our processes and systems.

In our operations team, we get things done and enable everyone in the organization to get things done too. Our operations team covers a broad range of areas including, finance, administration, IT, legal, compliance and strategic initiatives. Your initial leader will be our director of operations.
Your top 3 objectives
- Drive the architecture of Laminar's systems to ensure optimal set up for scalability and efficiency. Building / redesigning new processes/systems to meet the evolving needs of Laminar's business.
