In Barcelona werden deine Aufgaben zwischen 40% - Content-Erstellung, 30% - Community-Management, 20% - Leadgenerierung im B2B- und B2C- Bereich und 10% - Analytik liegen. Du wirst deine Fähigkeiten in unserem multikulturellen Team weiterentwickeln und in einem spannenden Start-up-Umfeld viel Neues lernen.

Tasks
- Verständnis für den Bewerbungsprozess, die verschiedenen Profile und die Kunden, um mit der Community und der Zielgruppe in Kontakt zu treten
- Verwaltung von Social-Media-Kanälen und Community-Gruppen, die mit der Markenplattform verbunden sind
- Erstellung von Inhalten, Community-Management und Leadgenerierung
- Verwaltung unserer deutschen Website und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten, Stellenausschreibungen und Beiträgen in den sozialen Medien
- Du erhältst einen eigenen LinkedIn-Avatar, mit dem du die deutsche Community ausbaust, Kandidaten findest und mit ihnen in Kontakt trittst
- Umsetzung von SEO-Strategien und Erstellung von relevanten Website-Inhalten zur Steigerung von Traffic und Engagement
- Nutzung von Analysen zur Leistungsverfolgung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen und -strategien
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam bei der Erstellung einer aktuellen Marketingstrategie und eines Redaktionskalenders, der sich an die internationalen Arbeitssuchenden richtet
- Veröffentlichung von Stellenangeboten auf bestehenden und neuen Social-Media-Kanälen, Community-Gruppen und Jobbörsen
- Teilnahme an Ad-hoc-Projekten für die gesamte Online-Marketingstrategie, die Erstellung von Inhalten sowie die Sichtbarkeit und Positionierung des Unternehmens für B2B- und B2C-Zielgruppen

**Requirements**:

- Du sprichst Deutsch auf einem muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist in einem Bachelor-/Masterstudiengang in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft eingeschrieben
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von digitalen Marketingplattformen und -tools wie TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva und Google Analytics
- Du bist kreativ, anpassungsfähig und proaktiv
- Frühere Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing oder Vertrieb/Recruiting sind ein Plus
- Du bist ein echter TeamplayerFreude an der Erstellung von schriftlichen und visuellen Inhalten
- Du hast Spaß an der dynamischen, innovativen und proaktiven Arbeit in einem schnellen Tempo
- Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-Lifestyle

**Benefits**:
