Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our Digital Payments solution to bring value to our Business Units and Ventures. By maintaining continuous interaction with our Business Units, you will be responsible for steering customer-centric product development for our global Digital Payments product.

Your Role

As a Product Manager for Digital Payments, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the product roadmap for Digital Payments, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the product meets business objectives and user needs.
  • Conducting market and competitive research to identify opportunities and gaps in the digital payment solutions market.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements based on user feedback, market research, and business goals.
  • Creating user stories, product backlogs, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Engaging in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the product's performance, including user feedback, adoption rates, and revenue.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Defining pricing models and owning the business case for Global Digital Payments.
  • Actively interacting with the business units and formulating propositions around digital payments that deliver value to them.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Product Manager for Digital Payments, your ideal skills and qualifications will include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital payment solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Deep comprehension of digital payment solutions, including payment gateways, mobile payments, and e-wallets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to steer product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence team members.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Experience in agile product backlog solutions, ideally Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience in an external or internal sales or business development role.
  • Experience in creating product value propositions, compelling marketing material, and pricing models.
  • Proficiency in English.
