Senior CRA

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), your main tasks involve coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures. This role requires you to make decisions independently or collaboratively with the client and ICON team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple clinical trial sites across various phases and therapeutic areas.
• Support on-site teams, train investigators, and ensure protocol compliance.
• Review patient safety and data integrity aspects.
• Act as the main sponsor representative providing project updates.
• Oversee adherence to GCP/ICH practices for quality study conduct.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of healthcare experience in pharma or clinical research.
• Minimum 3 years of monitoring and site management experience.
• Strong phase 1 trial experience, scientific background, and proficiency in medical terminology.
• Familiarity with Local Regulations and ICH/GCP Guidelines.
• Excellent record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and experience in site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close out visits.
• Fluency in written and oral English, along with technical skills in CTMS, eCRF, eTMF.
