What We're Looking For

Are you interested in joining our Cosentino City Center in Alicante? It is a reference center in the world of architecture and design and is located in a unique and strategic area.

We need your help to share our product experience and environments exclusively with our customers, organize events to expand our network of contacts, and further grow our family now that we have our City Center in this area.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Make our customers feel 'at home' from the moment they arrive, providing an exceptional experience at Cosentino.
  • Assist customers in-person and via phone/email, ensuring their needs are met and highlighting the benefits of our brands.
  • Drive commercial activity with specific customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Cosentino City Manager on initiatives to increase visitor and customer engagement.
  • Effectively use Salesforce to record valuable information for tracking indicators and sales purposes.
  • Develop commercial relationships with key customers, conducting off-site visits to advise associated accounts.
  • Monitor commercial projects originating from the Cosentino City Center.
  • Align closely with the sales team to meet the sales targets of the Alicante Center.
  • Coordinate with the City team to maintain the space as a reference point in Alicante through a schedule of activities and events targeting architects and designers.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new target customers and retain current ones in line with the sales team.

Requirements for Success

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and architecture industry.
We value previous sales experience prior to possible showroom experience or current experience.

Education:

Ideally, a background in architecture or interior design due to its positive and effective connection to the professional activities.

Skills:

  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other administrative management programs related to showroom operations: orders, suppliers, expenses, etc.
  • Marketing tools like Pardot for periodic communications of activities, event invitations, etc.
  • Effective use and management of social media to enhance our presence at Cosentino City Alicante.
