Estamos seleccionado un IT Manager para incorporarse directamente a una empresa líder en Sector Seguros.

Con dependencia del CIO, su misión será:

  • Por una parte, una responsabilidad corporativa centrada en la coordinación operativa de los departamentos IT de las empresas del Grupo, asegurando el cumplimiento del marco IT corporativo y la búsqueda de las sinergias en las actuaciones IT de las empresas.
  • Y por otra, una responsabilidad de gestión IT de la empresa matriz del Grupo, con el foco puesto en el cumplimiento de los objetivos que el departamento SSII&T de la empresa tenga anualmente asignados.
Funciones corporativas enmarcadas en las directrices del CIO Corporativo:

  • Soporte y seguimiento de la elaboración de los planes de sistema de cada una de las empresas del Grupo en coordinación con los correspondientes Directores IT.
  • Soporte en el proceso de gestión de la demanda en cada una de las empresas del Grupo
  • Soporte en la confección del presupuesto IT de cada una de las empresas del Grupo, y seguimiento del mismo.
  • Soporte en la confección del porfolio de los proyectos de cada una de las empresas del Grupo, y seguimiento del mismo.
  • Soporte en la fijación de los retos y objetivos anuales al personal del departamento IT de cada empresa del Grupo.
  • Aseguramiento del cumplimiento de Marco IT Corporativo.
  • Supervisión de los proyectos transversales IT.
  • Coordinación operativa de las oficinas corporativas (Seguridad, Arquitectura, PMO y OGS)
  • Promoción de la mejora continua en los departamentos IT de las empresas del Grupo.
  • Participación en los comités de crisis frente a incidentes graves que afecten a alguna de las empresas del Grupo.
  • Aseguramiento del reporting IT de cada empresa del Grupo para la elaboración posterior del reporting consolidado.
Funciones de gestión IT enmarcadas en las directrices del CIO Corporativo

  • Liderazgo del proyecto de consultoría de elaboración del plan de sistemas de la empresa y de la visión IT corporativa del Grupo.
  • Liderazgo en el proceso de gestión de la demanda IT en la empresa.
  • Creación y gestión del porfolio de proyectos de la empresa.
  • Creación y gestión del presupuesto IT de la empresa.
  • Dirección de las actuaciones derivadas del Plan de la empresa.
  • Aseguramiento de la calidad de los resultados de los proyectos IT de la empresa y de la prestación de los servicios
  • Liderazgo de la mejora continua de la forma de trabajo del personal técnico asignado a la empresa
  • Seguimiento, junto con los managers correspondientes, de los planes, políticas y procedimientos de ámbito corporativo aplicables a la empresa.
  • Participación en los comités de crisis frente a incidentes graves que afecten a la empresa.
  • Supervisión, control y administración de los contratos con proveedores de los servicios y desarrollos propios.
  • Confección del Reporting que quede establecido de forma ordinaria y aquel que se le solicite puntualmente.
  • Seguimiento de KPIs e indicadores de calidad en la empresa.
  • Participación en la elaboración de planes de actuación frente a desviaciones.
  • Escalado al CIO del GMP de los temas graves o de su interés.
Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiência en funciones de gestión IT.
  • Experiência en metodologías de gestión y de desarrollo.
  • Experiência en organizaciones matriciales.
  • Inglés a nível de conversación.
