Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology department (MSE) we strive to be the preferred and most solicited intrapreneurs of Nestlé IT, an industry reference and as technology enablers we provide personalized, mobile only, AI powered products and eco-systems creating delightful and frictionless consumer and customer experiences.

Position Summary
We are currently looking for a digital media advertising expert to join our

AdTech product group team in the

Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology (MSE) department.
As an

AdTech Digital Media Analyst you will be part of the team responsible for driving the tech roadmap for consumer acquisition channels and shaping the

A day in the life

  • Collaborate with our business functions and strategic partners to define AdTech solutions, metrics and KPIs to maximize potential performance and ROI.
  • Support on the deployment of those solutions and raising the level of maturity in the usage of the technology globally.
  • Identify new industry trends and standards, anticipate challenges and new business requirements and transform into practical evolution of the media platforms, use cases and best practices.
- efine and document the guidelines, standards, best practices of the AdTech ecosystem, i.e. programmatic buying platforms, ad verification solutions, others.

  • Define governance and ensure compliance of the solutions in the portfolio.

What will make you successful...

  • Minimum 25 years of experience as digital media marketing practitioner on agency or client side.
  • Understand holistically how each channel interacts with the other, Display, Social, Search, Retail, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Marketing Platform (GMP), DSPs like Amazon, The Trade Desk, Ad Verification technology and Retail Digital Media aggregators.
  • Curiosity to learn and power to adapt, a cando attitude and receiver obsessed mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and client facing communication skills, ability to translate complex technology concepts into digestible business ones.
  • Team player, ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Curious about new technology, willingness to experiment.
  • Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.
