ITURRI selecciona un / a JR Customer Operations Consultant en nuestra delegación de Barcelona. Aprenderás de la mano de expertos del sector y serás responsable de la operativa de tu cliente.
Participarás tanto en la fase de oferta como de puesta en marcha de la operativa con el cliente y serás el / la encargada de su seguimiento y optimización.
El objetivo : La máxima satisfacción y rentabilidad de tus cuentas. Desde la oficina te encargarás de la gestión de las incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan ocurrir, así como la gestión de los depósitos, control de stocks, etc.
En otras palabras, serás el responsable de toda la operativa. Para ello, trabajaras de la mano de nuestro equipo comercial (Key Account Managers) y en contacto continúo con tu cliente.
Requirements
Qué buscamos en ti? Tus ganas y tu actitud por encima de todo. Que seas una persona analítica, gestora y con alta orientación al cliente.
Experiencia? No del todo indispensableBasta con 1 año de experiencia en puestos de gestión logística o de customer service siempre que se trate del sector industrial o de un entorno internacional.
Con un perfil de ADE o Ingeniería, serás una persona con clara orientación a la gestión y a las ventas. Dominarás el paquete office , excel.
y valoraremos que hayas tenido un primer contacto con SAP. También ayudará que tengas alto nivel de inglés, Pero sobre todo, serás una persona resolutiva, con muchas ganas de aprender y hacer carrera en una empresa de nuestras características.
