This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced construction Planner or Scheduler to secure their next long-term contract role.

Our client is a well-establish global Data Centre Developer with offices and projects across the world. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years.

As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Planner or Scheduler to join their team on a full-time contract basis to work on a hyper-scale data centre project in Madrid.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and localise schedules for priority projects.
  • Maintain and update schedules throughout project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedule data and methods.
  • Review GC schedules, carry out integrity checks, and work with GCs to achieve standards.
  • Provide coaching and hands on support to GCs and delivery teams where needed.
  • Produce schedule analysis, progress reporting, and what if scenarios as required.
  • Produce customerfacing reports and deliverables.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide analysis in support of the Project Manager.
  • Manage reporting interfaces with other initiatives (reality capture / progress KPIs).
  • Support rollout of schedule & standards across the region.
  • Support construction leads in leveraging scheduling to drive OTD.
  • Proactively communicate schedule data and facilitate cross functional reporting alignment.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Construction or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction
  • Proven track record within the data centre sector.
  • Experience and advanced knowledge of planning software, specifically Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
