Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SAP and over 10 years of experience in the field? Are you looking for a challenging leadership role with the flexibility of working remotely while occasionally traveling to Madrid? If so, we want you on our team
TasksWhat You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems, with a focus on SAP.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
- Oversee IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in SAP.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel to Madrid occasionally as required.
