Fragrances Maintenance Manager

We're currently in search of a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to truly make a difference. RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Fragrances Maintenance Manager, your primary role is to oversee the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations in the fragrance packaging department at our plant.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 60 technicians.
  • Managing maintenance operations.
  • Supervising plant's top 5 priorities on a daily basis.
  • Overseeing people management and organization weekly.
  • Managing hiring processes and budget control.
  • Implementing mandatory yearly training plans.
  • Conducting regular reviews of packing lines performance.
  • Owning the Fragrances PM DMS pillar.
  • Tracking and analyzing PM KPI's on a weekly basis.
  • Managing workshop and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensuring machine safety for the Granollers site.
  • Developing SOP for new machinery PM plans.
  • Managing assets and CAPEX.
  • Creating maintenance budget for FY.
  • Coordinating production administration.
  • Handling maintenance CR360 tasks.
  • Providing assistance for priority lines.

You will be working alongside a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift Coordinators, and approximately 60 Mechanics.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

If you enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for results, this role is for you. As an experienced Maintenance Manager, you are driven by challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, global setting. Additionally, you should:

  • Hold a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance.
  • Have at least 2 years of similar experience in an industrial sector.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Be analytical and capable of autonomous work.
  • Possess advanced English and Spanish language skills.
