Join our TUI Global Business Services Team based in Palma de Mallorca as a P2P Masterbill Agent and manage a supplier portfolio, control of the debit balances recoveries of the company contacts with receptive offices.
ABOUT THE JOB
Management of reservation changes in SAP
Assist with supplier accounts management and support with general accounting activities
Answer queries and work closely to support TUI destination offices and departments
Review discrepancies and solve invoice/supplier account incidences
Analyse account statuses and recover the debit balances
Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain relationships with receptive offices, LTA and WNS.
Ensure that Supplier Master Data is up to date and accurate at any time
ABOUT YOU
You have a methodical, resolutive and organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management
Demonstrable accounting knowledge and financial acumen
The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
Previous experience with SAP
Knowledge of Destimo 1 and 2, Com Res and Iris plus our an asset
Be fluent in both verbal and written English also Spanish. German language is advantageous
Customer oriented and high communications skills
