Department Reliability is the cornerstone of accelerating the shift to electric transportation. Only by being extremely reliable they can guarantee seamless charging techcnology. Their Technology specialists focus on R&D, charging, energy storage, and (cyber)security.The Digital Factory is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of digital products and services, ensuring their alignment with the latest technological advancements.
Their Data experts ensure data quality, governance, insights, analytics and reporting. They facilitate charging sessions, network planning, and real-time reservations. Their Network Operations Centre (NOC) is the central hub of on-site operations, monitoring site activity and maintenance.Their Operations team establishes and runs our service partner network for operational works on our charging hubs. Asset Management, supported by site engineers, is responsible for pro-active maintenance and investment decisions. They manage the assets of charging infrastructure, security solutions, power distribution, and facilities. The collaboration among our teams fosters cross-functional synergy, ensuring we provide the best rest and recharge experience.
The Job As Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing service partners contracts for charging sites across Europe.
You are a part of the Operations team with a regional focus.You will proactively identify, engage and secure 3 rd party service operations partners at Milence secure charging sites across Europe.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of contracts with 3 rd party suppliers and service providers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Technology, Digital Factory and Legal departments.To ensure the creation and efficient management of 3 rd party partners you will be;
Identifying and engaging 3 rd party service partners and manage the contracting process through to execution of the work including suppliers for facilities, maintenance, security, etc.
Developing and implementing procedures for contract management. Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing all topics concerning contracts.Ensuring all works completed meets agreed standards Monitoring quality and performance of the 3 rd party service partners across all Milence sites, acting as point of contact for all parties included in the contracts.
Drafting, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions. Proactively resolving any contract-related issues. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress. Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related topics.Collaborate with department leaders to set budgets and determine timelines Job requirements What we are looking for The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years background in contract management with an understanding of contract structures and terms.
You will have previous experience in identifying and negotiating with 3 rd party service providers within operations for EV Charging, construction, utilities or similar industries.
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business administration, or similar field You have a strong track record of onboarding reliable 3 rd party service providers and ensuring quality results.
Strong in quality control with great attention to detail Experience operating at local country and regional preferably. You will have experience in multi-vendor service provision. You are fluent in English and German languages. You align with their mission and values. You embody reliability, sustainability, approachability and progressiveness and you have a fast-paced mindset. You are energetic, positive, and adept at building informal connections with others.
