We have an outstanding opportunity for a Civil Project Engineer to work based out of our Morwell, Victoria office, in a permanent full-time capacity.

• Developing cost effective engineering solutions for the project
• Reviewing project documentation and raising technical queries related to the project
• Providing engineering/technical support and advice to onsite Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works
• Organising subcontractors and suppliers, checking completed items to ensure requirements are met
• Working in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements
• Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Tendering/Estimating
• Ideally you will have:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Technical background in oil and gas, or renewable energy
• Demonstrated scheduling and cost control ability using relevant business software
• Demonstrated understanding and awareness of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community and industrial relations issues
• Be a selfstarter / selfleader who thrives on taking responsibility, driving time focused business outcomes, whilst having the ability and confidence to work under mínimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational and personal time management skills
• Capacity for clear thinking and planning
• Strong attention to detail
