In your role as service agent you will be an essential part of delivering the best customer experience possible. As a part of the service team you will focus on helping customers with all their potential needs.

Freska strongly believes in a swift and people oriented approach to service and aims to become the best service provider in Sweden.


What you'll do:

  • Handle all types of customer inquiries, mainly by phone, mail, and chat, such as order information, invoice issues, and schedule changes
  • Work closely with other teams at Freska, such as sales and workforce management, to ensure we deliver our services promptly
  • Work on projects related to improving the services that Freska offer
  • Deliver a best in class customer experience
  • Proactively work to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English required, other languages are meritable
  • Previous experience in customer service is meritable, but not required
  • Previous experience in home services are meritable, but not required
