El B2B & Partnerships Manager se enfoca en dos áreas principales:

Será el responsable de liderar las ventas a clientes corporativos, desarrollando estrategias efectivas, captando nuevos clientes y gestionando relaciones para maximizar ingresos.

Será el encargado de crear alianzas con empresas e instituciones clave para ampliar la oferta académica de Learning Heroes.
- **Ventas B2B**:

  • Identificar y
    dirigir a clientes potenciales B2B para programas de maestría.

Desarrollar e
implementar una estrategia integral de ventas para alcanzar objetivos establecidos para cada programa de másters
-
Crear y
presentar propuestas de ventas, realizar demostraciones de productos y negociar contratos.

  • Ser el
    punto de contacto central entre Learning Heroes y empresas interesadas en nuestros productos.

Rastrear y
reportar métricas de desempeño de ventas, analizando datos para mejorar estrategias futuras.
- **Alianzas en Tecnologías Disruptivas**:

  • Identificar posibles socios en la industria de tecnologías disruptivas y desarrollar oportunidades de alianzas estratégicas para mejorar nuestra propuesta formativa adquiriendo beneficios para los estudiantes de Learning Heroes.

Desarrollar y
negociar términos de colaboración estratégicos y beneficiosos para ambas partes. Esto incluye la adquisición de contenidos, activos digitales, licencias, y beneficios como descuentos, asegurando colaboraciones beneficiosas que fortalezcan la posición de la empresa en el mercado.

Trabajar con equipos internos para integrar herramientas, servicios y plataformas de socios.

Identificar y
asegurar beneficios, automatizaciones, accesos o ingresos a través de alianzas.

Monitorear el desempeño y el impacto de las alianzas, proporcionando informes regulares sobre actividades y resultados.
- **Responsabilidades Generales**:

  • Mantenerse informado sobre tendencias de la industria, condiciones del mercado y actividades de la competencia.

Trabajar estrechamente con marketing, desarrollo de productos y otros equipos internos para asegurar la alineación y el apoyo a iniciativas de ventas y alianzas.

Representar a Learning Heroes en conferencias, ferias comerciales y eventos relevantes de la industria.
