Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Specialist - AQUANIMA

AQUANIMA VRAC is in search of a professional for the position of CYBERSECURITY & BUSINESS CONTINUITY VENDOR RISK SPECIALIST located at our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) office.

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ENTAIL

As a Cybersecurity & Business Continuity Vendor Risk Specialist, your duties will involve:

  • Certifying critical services/vendors, implementing and tracking remediation plans, and assigning residual risk ratings.
  • Evaluating and questioning the inherent risk scores of critical services.
  • Collaborating with the CISO and Business Continuity teams to communicate risk assessment findings.
  • Assisting in key account management to deliver vendor risk services within the Santander Group.
  • Providing regular reports to local Cost/Risk departments and relevant committees.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum years of experience in Cybersecurity/IT Risk/IT audit domains.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors or Equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields - Possession of industry certifications in Cybersecurity/IT Risk/Audit (like CISA, ISO/IEC, CompTIA Security+, CISP, SSCP, CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals, etc.).

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with IT and security certifications and frameworks such as ISAE (SOC), NIST CSF, ISO, ISO, COBIT...
  • Understanding of IT Audit methodologies, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Vulnerability Management, and Security testing techniques (OWASP, OSSTMM...).
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Spanish.

  • Strong communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
