El Ingeniero de Servicio al Cliente da soporte a los diferentes servicios de Postventa que HaslerRail proporciona.

Desde discusiones comerciales hasta la creación de soluciones técnicas junto con el resto de las partes interesadas de las iniciativas, desde la gestión de los artículos obsoletos hasta la redacción de informes, el papel del CS tiene un ámbito de trabajo multidisciplinar, siempre orientado al cliente y con un buen conocimiento técnico sobre los productos HaslerRail.


Las principales responsabilidades asociadas a este importante puesto son:

  • Comprende la información completa y técnica sobre los servicios y productos concretos ofrecidos por HaslerRail en términos de posventa.
  • Prepara propuestas comerciales para los Clientes en el contexto de la fase de Posventa de los proyectos (adaptaciones, órdenes de variación, soporte de ingeniería, formaciones).
  • Comunica las quejas habituales de los clientes a la alta dirección con el fin de abordar las situaciones que podrían afectar gravemente al Cliente o a HaslerRail.
  • Actúa como interfaz del cliente para gestionar las reclamaciones por fallos y coordina su resolución con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa, redactando o revisando los informes relacionados según sea necesario.
  • Actúa como gestor de proyectos en la fase de Posventa, y gestiona la transferencia del proyecto al Servicio de Atención al Cliente y el cierre del proyecto (fin de garantía).
  • Responsable de comunicar a los equipos apropiados los problemas internos no resueltos y de transmitir la información necesaria aprendida de la interacción con el cliente.
  • Ayuda a gestionar la obsolescencia de los productos, en términos de planificación y comunicación al cliente.
  • Responde y resuelve las cuestiones de servicio de los clientes por correo electrónico o llamada a distancia.
  • Proporciona retroalimentación sobre el desarrollo de productos y ofrece retroalimentación sobre el desarrollo de productos, características y funciones.

Requirements:

Para esta posición, estamos buscando lo siguiente:

  • Conocimientos técnicos a nível de sistema, capaz de leer y comprender especificaciones de requisitos/sistemas/pruebas, documentos de control de interfaces, planos mecánicos y eléctricos (a nível de sistema).
  • Experiência relevante en un entorno de ingeniería industrial (se valorará especialmente el entorno ferroviario), con conocimientos de conceptos como ciclo de vida del sistema, hoja de ruta del producto, obsolescencia, normas industriales, lista de materiales, industrialización, garantía de calidad...
  • Capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas en paralelo con capacidad de priorizar entre ellas.
  • Capaz de resolver un problema de forma racional y estructurada.
  • Capaz de trabajar como usuario en una variedad de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, MS Teams, sistemas CRM, sistemas ERP, sistemas de tickets).
  • Capaz de comunicarse con clientes y compañeros de forma clara, correcta y adecuada.
  • Capaz de coordinar el trabajo con equipos y personas en distintas ubicaciones. El puesto tiene un fuerte componente remoto.
  • Imprescindible dominio de los idiomas español e inglés. Francés y alemán muy valorados.
