Job Description:

Our Homologation department is looking for an Engineer to join the team.

Role:


Perform activities within the scope of projects of Homologation of vehicle power train functions like emission testing, CO2/VECTO evaluation, noise, EMC, electric vehicles and batteries.


Main responsibilities:

  • Analysis of manufacturer's documentation
  • Prototype assessment, preparation, instrumentation and test (both in HQ test tracks or manufacturer premises)
  • Analysis of test results
  • Homologation reports
  • Manage the whole approval process
  • Meetings with manufacturers and approval authorities
  • Participation in R+D projects

Qualifications:

Education:

Degree in Industrial/mechanical engineering. (MSc valued)
Other engineering degrees or Masters are acceptable depending on competences and experience. (Aeronautical, Chemical,...)

Experience:

Experience in automotive engineering valuable.
Knowledge or experience in quality control, regulation or standards.
Knowledge or experience in measuring systems, procedures and equipment.

Experience in related fields:
vehicle testing, emissions laboratory, engine instrumentation,...
Proficient user of MS tools.

Languages:
High level of English (other languages valued, French, Italian, German,...).
