Job Description
Are you eager to participate to the amazing LEGO adventure and contribute to ensure the best shopper experience of the LEGO brand within all point of sales ?
Join the France-Iberia omnichannel trade marketing team and contribute to our mission: ensure the best visibility of our products to increase conversion and boost our sales.
This is a fixed term contract (parental cover) from July 8th, 2024, to 13th January 2025
Core Responsibilities
- Gather insights and work in close collaboration with Western Europe Trade Marketing team to define and develop the trade marketing strategy across channels according to shoppers, consumers, and retailer's needs.
- Lead cooperation with Key Accounts, Brand/Digital Marketing, and agencies, to build strategies, selling-in and activation of shopper campaigns tied to occasions or key themes.
- Act as an "in-store champion" with a strong focus on LEGO corners and second placements to ensure the ultimate shopper and consumer LEGO experience in-store in third-party retailers.
- Coordinate omnichannel experience with digital and ecommerce experts.
- Drive execution by translating objectives into clearly defined team deliverables, and excellence in execution. Leading campaign material development and tracking/analyzing actions to improve process and efficiency.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director France-Iberia, this role is part of the marketing function.
The trade marketing team is responsible for the shopper experience and the LEGO brand expression on sales points (physical or online). It defines, develops and executes the activation strategy of all the LEGO franchises on offline and online distribution channels.
This role will contribute to the Trade Marketing activity by ensuring high quality of the execution and checking performance of the campaigns deployed on an omnichannel scope.
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated ability in consumer-packaged goods, plus years of 8-10 years in Trade Marketing/
- Proven experience within a Retail marketing role.
- Proactively seeks to identify areas of how / where Trade Marketing investments can be optimized to improve returns for the company.
- A strong collaborator across subject areas and hierarchies to effectively steer a wide range of internal and external partners.
- Takes initiative, recognizes, and acts on opportunities.
- Thrives and gives best in a team setting.
- Strive for results – desire to drive productive change, comfortable leading multiple projects, energy, and ability to problem solve.
- Fact-based and Insights Driven working style.

- Fluent English
- Spanish Speaking - French is a plus.
