un/a Product Manager para Cipherbit, su marca que aúna las competencias de CiberSeguridad y Cifra, competencias donde el grupo atesora más de 40 años de experiência.
Será el responsable directo del desarrollo de la línea de producto de la compañía en ciberseguridad, aprovechando la amplia experiência del grupo en el desarrollo de producto nacional, con especial presencia en los sectores defensa y aeroespacial.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollo de la función de Product Manager con especial hincapié en la innovación, el conocimiento del mercado de la ciberseguridad y el liderazgo para conseguir el empuje necesario (interno y externo) para la consecución de nuestro objetivo.
Será responsable del desarrollo estratégico y definición de marca de la línea de productos de ciberseguridad de la compañía, por lo que para su función exigirá una estrecha cooperación con todas las áreas corporativas y de operaciones.
- Definición, desarrollo y gestión de la estrategia de producto de la línea
- Gestión del ciclo de vida de producto
- Soporte a la gestión de oportunidades
- Soporte en la participación de la compañía en foros y programas de innovación nacionales y UE

Requisitos:
- Experiência y conocimientos sólidos en el mercado de producto (HW/SW) orientado a ciberseguridad (al menos 5 años en fabricante de producto en ciberseguridad)
- Skill técnico suficiente para el desarrollo de propuestas de producto sólidas a nível tecnológico
- Deseable conocimientos del mercado de la defensa y las administraciones públicas
- Pensamiento estratégico
- Orientación a ventas
- Capacidad para comunicar y sintetizar mensajes sobre todo en presentaciones
- Conocimiento transversal de la compañía
