CATEGORY MANAGER que, reportando a la Dirección de Marketing, tendrá como objetivo impulsar e implementar la Plan Estratégico de la categoría a nível mundial y ser responsable de la elaboración e implementación del Plan de Marketing de la categoría.
CATEGORY MANAGER
En dependencia del Director de la división a nível global, tendrá las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Detectar las oportunidades del mercado en esta categoría y otras relacionadas potencialmente interesantes
- Desarrollar e implementar en Plan Estratégico en coordinación con Mercados
- Realizar el Plan de Marketing de acuerdo con el Plan estratégico de la Compañía, de aquellos productos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Liderar la propuesta de objetivos, presupuestos de ventas, de precios, gastos e inversiones
- Colaborar con los distintos mercados clave en la adaptación de los planes globales a las realidades locales. Detectar sus necesidades y proponer soluciones. Efectividad en la realización de los proyectos propuestos y acordados con el área de ventas. Idear promociones que fomenten la valorización de la venta y maximicen nuestra participación de mercado. Tutelar el desarrollo de las colecciones, asegurando compliance con las necesidades del país y los costes requeridos
- Idear planes que fomenten la rotación del producto en los distintos canales de venta y la competitividad en costes.
- Controlar y gestionar el presupuesto aprobado.
- Liderar el desarrollo y mejoras de producto y nuevos formatos a través de las reuniones de NNPP, junto con las áreas técnicas y de producción y proveedores
- Liderar el análisis de costes de los diferentes productos, dominar los escandallos de costes, de atributos, packagins, expositores. Dominar las MOQ.
- Responsable de la definición de surtidos/país. A nível formatos y colores.
- Realización de planes y brieffings específicos para las categorías de nuevos productos, acabados, packagings, y expositores.
- Asegurar la correcta creación de referencias de su campo de actuación, product sheets y altas de materiales mediante solicitudes.
- Definir el nível de stock y planificar el reaprovisionamiento. Coordinar con Planning
- Coordinar con Mercados liquidaciones del stock de lenta rotación
- Comunicar a Mercados y Distribuidores las novedades y recoger su feedback
- Coordinar la información materiales necesarios para poder alimentar los canales de distribución, web, mailings etc
- Implementar la comunicación y estrategia de marca en el producto
Licenciado/a en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas y/o similar, valorándose formación complementaria.
Experiência
Más de 4 años de experiência en departamento de Trade Marketing y/o Marketing en sector gran Consumo (FMCG). Muy valorable experiência en marketing internacional.
Idiomas:
Español e Inglés negociación.
