MISIÓN:


Colabora en de la maximización de beneficio de los outlets bajo su responsabilidad a través de la coordinación de la venta y promoción de éstos con un foco exclusivo de cliente externo (no alojado en el hotel).


REPONSABILIDADES:

  • Provee al E-Commerce de F&B de la información correcta y actualizada de los outlets para que pueda promocionar los diferentes puntos de venta.
  • Proporciona soporte al al F&B Manager del CO, del marketing táctico con el objetivo de incrementar la venta de clientes individuales en los diferentes puntos de venta, tanto internos como externos.
  • Coordinación de campañas publicitarias y venta digital con los equipos responsables con un foco exclusivo de cliente externo (no alojado en el hotel).
  • Identificación de necesidades relacionadas con (siguiendo las pautas de Marketing): o Contenidos para redes sociales o Preparación y seguimiento de Photoshootings o Desarrollo y gestión de displays promocionales o Flyers y plantillas de marketing o Comercialización de folletos comerciales para cada outlet o Gestión de Códigos QR y menús
  • Involucración en la captación, contacto, negociación y confirmación para grupos de F&B con un foco exclusivo de cliente externo (no alojado en el hotel).
  • Elaboración táctica, organización y promoción de eventos especiales (calendario de F&B) con un foco exclusivo de cliente externo (no alojado en el hotel).

PROSPECCIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO COMERCIAL:

  • Acercamiento a clientes corporativos del área de influencia y actores locales (teatros, colegios, embajadas, museos, etc.).
  • Creación y seguimiento de una base de datos de clientes externos de F&B
  • Prospección y propuesta de sitios de referencia para realizar actividades de promoción.
  • Seguimiento y análisis de los flujos de clientes externos a través de las distintas plataformas de F&B.
  • Seguimiento de tendencias locales e innovación.
  • Trabajo en colaboración con los equipos de Ventas y Marketing.

GESTIÓN DE VENTAS:

Junto con los equipos de ventas, coordinación de:

  • Recepción de clientes externos
  • Negociación con clientes externos y finalización de ventas
  • Establecer y gestionar cotizaciones con los clientes externos
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de facturas
  • Gestión de reservas de bares y restaur



¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?


  • 2 años de experiência en el área de Sales o F&B
  • Grado en Marketing, Turismo o similar.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Marketing, ventas, publicidad y relaciones públicas.
  • Cocimientos nível usuario en Paquete office.
  • Se valorará experiência en operativa hotelera y eventos
  • Nível alto de español e inglés
  • Compromiso de residencia en Málaga
  • Disponibilidad geográfica para viajar en la zona Sur de peninsula (España)
  • Preferiblemente con carnet de conducir y vehículo propio Comunicación e Influencia, y visión estratégica. Aptitudes para las relaciones públicas y vocación de servicio
