Misión del puesto:
Serás El/La responsable de proporcionar al cliente un excelente servicio y productos de la más alta calidad, garantizando su satisfacción.
Supervisarás el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas establecidas en el Hotel, administrarás el control de costos y gastos del departamento.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiência de 3 años en puestos similares.
Licenciatura en Turismo, Hotelería o similar
Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito).
Visión global y estratégica, liderazgo y proximidad.
Amplia experiência en seguimiento y resolución de quejas.
Funciones
Como Director de Red Level, serás responsable de la operación, coordinación, gestión, supervisión y análisis de resultados de Red Level
Dirigir e inspirar el alto rendimiento de los equipos del Red Level evaluando y manteniendo continuamente un alto servicio, calidad y procesos y flujos de trabajo productivos.
