Itera Mobility Engineering, we are currently seeking a Quality Technician
(Pamplona) to address upcoming requirements in one of the most important German automotive industry companies in the sector.


Requirements:

Handling of complaints
:

-
Expertise in automotive parts.
-
Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office Suite).

  • Quality and Statistical Tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing process.
  • Fluent in English.
  • FP or Degree in Mechanics/Industrial/Design

Responsibilities:

  • Work to be carried out in the
    afternoon shift. (14:00h 22:00h):
  • Receive and manage any type of anomaly and/or complaint from the plant, for example: parts that are not assembled.
  • In cases of severity and/or complexity, contact the onduty quality analyst for consultation on how to proceed.
  • Conduct a brief and simple audit of a car in the afternoon.
  • Provide support to the 4 Task Force service managers.
