Job Description Summary:
Desde HAVAS Market, buscamos un perfil senior de Analytics para incorporarse a nuestro proyecto.

La persona que desempeñe el role de Analytics Project Lead, será la persona responsable de la gestión de clientes con foco en sus métricas y de cómo utilizarlas para hacer crecer sus negocios.

Dará respuestas a las necesidades del cliente y coordinará los diferentes equipos de Havas Market involucrados en la gestión del cliente y sus proyectos con un claro componente en métricas de negocio.


Job Description:

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Trabajar con los clientes para definir sus estrategias de medición y fomentar la madurez y activación de los datos.
  • Proponer nuevos proyectos y tecnologías para agregar valor a su negocio desde el punto de vista de la analítica y los datos.
  • Fomentar las relaciones con los clientes y convertirse en una extensión confiable de su negocio a través de la comunicación continua.
  • Liderar y ser responsable de la entrega de múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo dentro del scope de data y analytics.
  • Interacción con áreas del grupo de data & tech para definir recursos y scope de trabajo en proyectos de data y analítica.
  • Proporcionar información práctica a través de su propio análisis de datos. Presentar ideas y resultados de proyectos a los clientes. Desarrollar y ofrecer capacitación a equipos internos y clientes.
  • Trabajar con los desarrolladores del cliente para diseñar e implementar capas de datos sólidas.
  • Solucionar problemas con implementaciones de Google Analytics, Adobe u otras herramientas de analítica web / app que corresponda dando soporte a los clientes para una mejora de sus datos.
  • Trabajar con diferentes API, datos sin procesar, plataformas de informes y visualización para construir soluciones personalizadas.
  • Definición conjunta de roadmap analítico de digital sales

Requerimientos:

años de experiência en posiciones similares de data & analytics, business intelligence o afines.- Conocimientos y experiência en proyectos e iniciativas digitales- Experiência en la implementación y/o liderazgo de la implementación proyectos de data y analítica.- Experiência en data-driven marketing analytics.- Previa experiência en proyectos eCommerce, Full commerce, Marketplaces, D2C y Apps bien sea desde la perspectiva de cliente, agencia o soporte.- Conocimientos a nível experto de Adobe Analytics o Google Analytics así como otras herramientas de analítica existentes.- Exposición para influir y presentar a una variedad de partes interesadas.- Experiência en la dirección/gestión de proyectos de diferente envergadura.- Conocimiento de nível superior de otras plataformas MarTech / AdTech como DMP, CDP, GMP, etc.

y cómo funcionan.- Habilidades para escribir JavaScript / jQuery /SQL (en el contexto del seguimiento del análisis web).- Persona organizada, autónoma, proactiva, orientada a solucionar problemas y detección de errores, con atención en los detalles y que esté cómoda trabajando en equipo.- Grado universitario en Administración, Económicas, Matemáticas o Ingenierías.- Manejo de herramientas digitales como: MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook, Communication tools (Teams, etc)- Capacidad analítica.- Nível de inglés con competencia profesional completa.
