Marketing Manager

Though exceptionally well established, the business runs in a state of perpetual innovation, continually developing new technologies and enhancing the patient experience.
In order to meet and generate demand the business has identified a strategic requirement for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Revision Hips department in the EMEA region.
In this role you will:
- Own and develop strategic plan for product portfolio
- Develop and implement commercial plans
- Contribute to achievement of sales budget and profit
- Support tenders and contracts
- Implement new product launches
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
- Drive strategy and initiatives
- Working with EMEA and global marketing teams
Requirements:
- Degree level education or relevant medical sector experience
- Minimum 5year medical device business experience, with 3 years being in a marketing role
- High experience in total hip arthroplasty, focus on hip revision with proven track record.
- International experience preferred
- 2nd EU language preferred. German proficiency is a plus.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Proficient in PC skills, MS excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proactive, handson approach
- Comfortable in a matrix environment
Travel and location:
- Minimum 30% travel requirement in EMEA region
- Home based in Europe ideally in Italy, Spain or Portugal
- Working from home a possibility within the local requirements
