Misión del puesto:
Serás la persona responsable de asegurar la operativa en el Restaurante, asegurando la correcta la organización del departamento y del equipo, seguimiento de los distintos outlets, así como la gestión general del departamento.
Desde la parte económica (presupuestos tanto de venta como de coste social, gestión del coste directo, roturas de stock, gestión de pedidos) así como asegurar los procedimientos de seguridad y Salud (APPCC).
Liderarás el equipo, haciendo seguimiento y dando feedback a los equipos, formación en procedimientos y metodologías de trabajo.También deberás asegurar los criterios de calidad en el servicio y en el producto establecidos en la empresa y realizar planes de actuación para alcanzar la máxima satisfacción de los mismos.
Tendrás la posibilidad de entrar en una empresa líder en hostelería con un proyecto donde el área de F&B evoluciona constantemente para alcanzar las mejores ratios de ingresos y margen operativo, así como unos altos níveles de satisfacción tanto de nuestros clientes como de nuestros colaboradores.

- Experiência en una posición similar de 12 años
- Preferiblemente experiência en hoteles de 4 ó 5 estrellas
- Trabajo en equipo
- Capacidad de resolución y adaptación
