The
Specialist Tech Product Owner has the following responsibilities:

  • Lead definition of the technology strategy and roadmap to support the business vision and strategy
  • Coordinate early engagement with Local/Global Product Managers and customers to ensure business value and need is clearly articulated to the technology teams (i.e. Architecture, Delivery & Engineering)
  • Key owner and reviewer of new demands, engaging all relevant stakeholders to refine demands transitioning them to portfolio epics, capabilities or features as required
  • Maintain and evolve the TPO relationship across Architecture, Delivery & Engineering teams for our products and services
  • Define and elaborate requirements (in the form of epics, capabilities or features) and the associated acceptance criteria for our products and services, taking responsibility throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business needs are met

What you bring?

  • Telecomms background with prior knowledge
  • Messaging experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including engagement & stakeholder management, teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
