Job Purpose:
The
Digital Manager Manufacturing is a key role in Digital Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization that will own and help stabilize current solutions under deployment, improve adoption of solutions already in place and developing further our strategy within ISC in alignment with other domains.
The position holder is managing a portfolio of solutions, aligning them with key domain representatives and regions to ensure fit for purpose and value-oriented solutions that are bringing strong benefits to ISC.
Key Responsabilities:
The Digital Manager Manufacturing is owning ISC Digital strategy for Manufacturing and managing digital solutions with the following responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner in the CoE (Center of Excellence) and with regions to understand priorities, challenge them and define how digital can contribute to bring value in ISC
- Review, consolidate and align vision and roadmap in each domain to ensure a fit for purpose Digital Manufacturing approach in ISC
- Review existing digital solutions portfolio to define improvement roadmap, action plan and KPIs to improve solutions' adoption
- Demonstrate and deliver tangible benefits from solving business issues enabled by digitalization withing its domain through specific solutions
- Bring innovation and identify new opportunities for value creating or improving existing digital solutions, driving developments and supporting PoV (Proof of value).
The role is covering
ownership of design, scoping, piloting and development of new digital solutions or evolution of existing ones in Manufacturing.
It is a combination of
product owner role for all solutions in scope of the domain, and
project manager role.

Key Activities:
- Domains (Manufacturing) leadership and management
- Product owner for all digital solutions in scope of the domain
- Project manager for new digital solutions (pilots) in scope of the domain and maintenance / evolutions
- Support project managers in charge of further global deployment of domain solutions
- Contribute to the development of the Digital and Automation strategy within ISC
About you:
- Degree, preferably Master, within
Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science: - Around
10 years of experience in Digital / Technology / IT, including
consulting experience and proven leadership skills - Excellent domain
knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply chain with ideally experience in one or several of the area - Expertise in agile methodologies and processes / DevOps
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong track record of shaping new initiatives / domains, and delivering value
- Ability to drive change and navigate ambiguity when shaping new solutions in a corporate environment
- Fluent in
English (verbal and written) - Ability to travel on occasion (up to 2025%)
- Hands on profile that can move from strategic level to daily execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Appetite for digital opportunities: Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Industry 4.0, advanced analytics, digital twins, big data, etc.
