What do we offer?
We are looking for a People Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our People team's daily activities.
If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR/People and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, admin and employee development, we'd like to meet you.
What will you do?
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of fullcycle recruiting
- Godd knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- BSc in Labor Relations
