Descripción del Puesto :
Project Manager de ejecución de proyectos, responsable de ejecución de Illa, como parte del equipo de Ejecución de Proyectos.
ResponsabilidadesGestión del contrato EPC entre La Joya e Inver Perú (Onshore).Gestión de los contratos firmados entre Inver Perú y los diferentes subcontratistas, tanto de evacuación como de la planta y los suministros.
Supervisión de la ingeniería, la construcción y la compra de los equipos (Offshore).Gestionar y coordinar todas las actividades de las subcontratas.
Planificación y Seguimiento del Proyecto.Desarrollar y mantener el cronograma del proyecto.
Gestión de control de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
Gestión de Recursos y equipos.
Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales en el sitio.
Comunicación y Reportes.
Mantener una comunicación fluida con, proveedores, subcontratistas y otros actores clave.
Capacitación y Desarrollo del Equipo.
Control financiero de los flujos de desembolso y del presupuesto del proyecto.
Periodo de transición de la construcción a la explotación.
Puesta en operación comercial y firma de Certificados de Aceptación de Proyectos (CAP y CAD).Inicio de los trabajos de explotación, control de la producción y venta de energía.
Handover al equipo de Asset Management.CompetenciasDisponibilidad Estancia en ProyectoTitulación académica IngenieríaExperiencia relevante en el sector EPC.Familiarizado con los procesos de Interconexión (COES).Experiencia en gestión de contratos.
Conocimientos técnicos de eólica e infra evacuación.Buena capacidad de comunicación - enfoque organizativo.
Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos.
Inglés nivel alto.
