La figura a incorporar en el seu equip, serà una persona que centrarà la seva atenció a **donar impuls a la digitalització** de les dades de l'empresa, **identificant** totes aquelles **àrees potencials** que es poden **digitalitzar**. S'iniciarà amb la **traçabilitat d'un pla** per fer la **implantació d'un nou ERP** en les diferents plantes productives.
**Detall de la posició i funcions del càrrec**:
- Definir conjuntament amb direcció, i amb assessors externs, la política i objectius en matèria de digitalització i de gestió dels sistemes d'informació de la companyia, amb la finalitat de donar resposta a les necessitats de millora de la gestió del negoci.
- Elaborar i controlar el compliment del pressupost assignat al Projecte de Digitalització, considerant els recursos necessaris en matèria de personal, maquinari, programari, consultoria i comunicacions.
- Establir i mantenir contacte amb les diferents àrees funcionals de la companyia per a recollir les necessitats específiques en matèria de Digitalització i avaluar els serveis i/o equips a instal-lar per a millorar i automatitzar els sistemes d'informació.
- Assessorar sobre les prioritats en la implantació de millores i validar el Pla de Digitalització inicialment aprovat per la direcció de la companyia.
- Coordinar la implantació dels nous sistemes i processos i formar als usuaris en l'ús i aprofitament màxim, de les funcionalitats que aporten els equips i eines implantades.
- Assignar les tasques específiques a desenvolupar per cada área funcional, supervisant el temps d'execució, i proposant solucions que permetin complir amb els terminis objectius d'implantació.
- Responsabilitzar-se de la coordinació i la relació diària amb els Proveïdors que participin en el Projecte de Digitalització. Mantenir els contactes i relacions comercials amb els proveïdors externs de serveis, fabricadors de maquinari, i programari etc.
- Vetllar pel correcte manteniment i seguretat dels sistemes informàtics, així com de la seva corresponent actualització.
**Què valorem del perfil?**
- Titulació universitària valorable, en l'área d'Enginyeria Tècnica en Informàtica o Telecomunicacions.
- Experiència prèvia en gestió de xarxes de comunicació i gestió de projectes (Implantació d'ERP en empreses.).
- Expertesa en consultoria de software o en departaments d'informàtica orientats a l'assessorament empresarial.
- Capacitat de coordinar diferents equips, definir prioritats, dots comunicatius, relacionals, organitzacionals i resolució de conflictes.
- Idiomes: Català i Castellà
