Your new role:

Reporting to the Head of Content, the Content Team Lead is responsible for all content activities across multiple client websites and channels.


Through research, analysis and cross-team collaboration, the Content Lead defines and manages content strategies for the assigned sites and platforms.

The Content Lead manages a team of content creators, specialists and SEO copy writers to ensure velocity and quality of work.


What you'll be working on:

Delivery Responsibilities:
Assisting with content creation where required

Strategy Responsibilities:
Understand each asset's OKRs and ensure that franchise strategies are interpreted and understood by the content team; Provide insights on what's working and what's not - make strategy recommendations based on these insights; Track and exploit new features and products across platforms to create compelling, innovative content-oriented campaigns; Ensure usage of internal and external AI tools for different content types

Oversight and management:

Leverage and collaborate with multi-departmental resources to guide and oversee execution of content productions; Manage production timelines and delivery schedules while working with vendors/teams to ensure deadlines are met; Manage the creation and production of creative and unique content; Coach junior level members of your team to boost their skillsets and better understand how their role impacts the success of the business; Ensure cross functional collaboration with the SEO, development and creative teams where required to deliver content strategies on time.


What you will be bringing to your new role: 4-6+ years of content marketing experience; 2+ years of experience leading a team of employees; Excellent business acumen – ability to understand how content impacts the business' goals; Creative mindset, intellectually curious and interested in illuminating strategy in accessible, clever ways; Passion for and experience with search engine optimization.

Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills; Excellent project management and organizational skills; Knowledge of and experience within the Affiliate marketing industry is considered an asset.
