DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role**Exclusive Networks' Legal Department is offering a six-month traineeship based in Madrid, starting September 2023. The selected trainee will play a crucial role in reviewing and drafting various commercial contracts, monitoring ongoing litigations, managing intellectual property portfolios, providing corporate support, handling administrative tasks such as contract management, and conducting legal research. This opportunity promises valuable hands-on experience and exposure to a dynamic legal environment.
This role will report to Exclusive Networks' Commercial Legal Counsel.

As the Intern Legal you will:

  • Review and analyze various commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, GTCs, MSA).
  • Draft standard contracts and maintain a checklist of key clauses.
  • Monitor the contractual cycle and engage in negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Track ongoing litigations and update summary tables.
  • Assist in managing intellectual property portfolios and drafting internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing contract processes, and conducting legal research

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you**
The ideal Intern Legal

  • Display strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the Office pack (Microsoft Office).
  • Hold a Master's degree in IP and technology law, commercial law, or business law.
  • Demonstrated first successful experience, preferably through an internship, in a company or law firm.
  • Possess a high level of rigour and organizational skills.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Exhibit excellent writing skills in English. Fluency in French is considered a strong plus.
