Role overview:

Your Challenge:

  • Support the Marketing Lead in external communications and development & maintenance of the website and the Flexidao brand.
  • Planning, supporting, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns, across all digital channels.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns (specifically, LinkedIn and Google Ads)
  • Track and measure SEO, SEM and other metrics and provide reports to improve conversion.
  • Function as operational gatekeeper of all our assets: blogs, webinars, etc, to ensure they remain relevant and coherent with our brand.
  • Support our Sales Operation Lead with Marketing Operations; cleaning and optimizing our CRM to ensure we obtain highquality leads in alignment with sales strategy.
  • Clean and optimize the use of our Shared Drive.

Must-haves:

  • Creative and curious growth marketer with 1+ years of experience
  • Handson experience with Hubspot or related CRM
  • Bachelors or Master in Marketing, Digital technologies or a similar relevant field
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with and knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Linkedin Campaign Manager and Webflow.
  • Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy market.
  • Marketing Copywriting experience
  • Experience in a B2B startup
