El equipo de B2B de Lindt Iberia crece y estamos buscando un/a Sales Manager B2B con ubicación en Madrid.

En dependencia de la Responsable de B2B, su misión principal se centrará en
impulsar y desarrollar el negocio de venta directa a empresas para campañas
promocionales, de regalo y regalo corporativo en la zona de Madrid.

Entre las principales funciones:

  • Ser embajador/a de marca al frente de resto de compañías líderes
demostrando liderazgo en el sector.

  • Apertura y desarrollo de mercado en el canal de venta directa a
empresas.

  • Detección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio a lo largo del año,

poniendo foco en campañas estacionales:
Navidad y Pascua.

  • Afianzar relación comercial con clientes existentes.
  • Gestión de la cartera de clientes.
  • Seguimiento de las campañas promocionales de las empresas clientes:
envío de catálogo, preparación y seguimiento de propuestas y gestión de
presupuesto.

  • Desarrollo de productos personalizados, junto con el departamento de
Supply.

  • Gestión de altas de clientes y pedidos en curso, garantizando delivery,
en base a los procesos internos establecidos, junto con el departamento
de Customer Service y Credit Control.

  • Seguimiento de stocks y disponibilidad de productos, para cumplir con
las necesidades de los clientes o propuestas en curso, junto con el
departamento de Demand Planning.

  • Actualización de tarifas de clientes permanentes.
  • Análisis y seguimiento diario de ventas; y cierre mensual vs LY y
objetivos.

  • Reporting de los resultados obtenidos.
  • Participación en la creación de estrategia del canal y ejecución de planes
de acción, que permitan alcanzar los objetivos del equipo de B2B.

  • Dar soporte en acciones de comunicación con clientes (mailings,
envíos ).

  • Dar soporte en tareas administrativas del departamento.

Experiência & herramientas:

  • Mínimo entre 3 y 5 años de experiência en departamento de ventas de
regalos corporativos o en compañías con departamento B2B
(Headhunting, aseguradoras ).

  • Experiência gestionando clientes y amplia red de contactos.
  • Experiência en análisis de ventas.
  • Experiência en colaboración con equipos internos, proveedores y
agencias.

  • Conocimiento avanzado de Microsoft Office.
  • Se valorará experiência en el sector FMCG.
  • Se valorará experiência en campañas promocionales

Skills:

  • Persona con iniciativa, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma
autónoma.

  • Empatía, capacidad de motivación y capacidad de establecer relaciones
de confianza con sus partners y stakeholders internos.

  • Capacidad de influencia y habilidades de negociación.
